Booking & Deposits

To secure your event date and time on our calendar, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. *NOTE: your event is NOT booked until deposit is received*

If your event is booked less than 2 weeks prior, you may be subject to a rush fee $25 to ensure all necessary supplies arrive on time.

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, your event can be transferred to another available time and or date.

Delivery & Return Services

Prices listed do not include delivery. Delivery is based on exact location.

You may also be subject to additional fees for take down and disposal of balloon décor.
