Our Policies

Please take time to read over our policies as they may answer most frequently asked questions. We at A Pop of Pretty are committed to being transparent with our clients and strive to provide the highest of quality.

Booking & Deposits

  • To secure your event date and time on our calendar, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. *NOTE: your event is NOT booked until deposit is received*

  • If your event is booked less than 2 weeks prior, you may be subject to a rush fee $25 to ensure all necessary supplies arrive on time. 

  • In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, your event can be transferred to another available time and or date.

Delivery & Return Services

  • Prices listed do not include delivery. Delivery is based on exact location.

  • You may also be subject to additional fees for take down and disposal of balloon décor.
